About two hours, depending on the size of your home. We work around your schedule. A homeowner must be present during the visit.
I've lived in my home for years — is Lodgi still for me?+
Yes. Plenty of longtime homeowners never got a proper walkthrough. We'll document what you have today and fill in the gaps.
What areas do you serve?+
We currently serve homeowners throughout Essex County, New Jersey. Lodgi is based in Cedar Grove.
Do I need to know anything about my house first?+
No. That's the whole point — most people don't. Just be home and we'll take it from there.
What if I move?+
Your portal can be archived or transferred. New home, new walkthrough — at a returning-customer rate.
Are you fixing things during the visit?+
Not unless you ask. We're documenting and educating, not doing repairs. We'll flag anything that needs a pro.
Is my data private?+
Yes. Your portal is private to you and anyone you invite. We never sell your data.
